Returns
- Our policy lasts 5 days.
- If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.
- No money will be returned.
- To be eligible for a credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept you a returns or exchange in Clearance/SALE is Final
Additional NON-Returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns and Exchange details
Earrings aren’t refundable or exchangeable.
Necklaces or bracelets exchange has to be done in or before 5 days the items were received. Items must have the label attached to it.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Jewelry should be carefully stored. Care should be taken to protect it from knocks, chemicals, perspiration extreme temperatures & sunlight. We recommend you don't wet the jewels or shower with them & avoid directly spraying perfume or alcohol.
Refunds (If applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection.
- In the event that the return meets the requirements, a line credit will be given. No money will be returned.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale [clearance] items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $5.00 you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
